The Challenge

I stepped in as the primary Growth Lead and Account Coordinator. My mandate was clear: I am not just a campaign operator; my job is to guarantee growth for the client. I orchestrated full-funnel growth strategies and maintained tight relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Agency Expansion: Beyond servicing existing accounts, I actively prospected and forged new partnerships to expand the agency's overarching client portfolio in the region.
