The Challenge

HAI VAN Transportation operated with fragmented systems across ERP, OTA channels (like MoMo and Vexere), and marketing endpoints (Zalo OA). Booking generation lacked real-time synchronization, tracking leads was a manual nightmare, and the executive team lacked a centralized dashboard to track real-time marketing efficiency against revenue pacing.

The Solution

I architected and deployed a Centralized Marketing Operating System (MKT OS) functioning as the digital nervous system for the company. This involved bridging the marketing-to-booking data gaps by building custom data pipelines, automating third-party OTAs, and injecting AI into customer service workflows.

Execution

  • Executive Command Center: Built a React-based Executive Heatmap dashboard ingesting real-time ad spend (Google/Facebook Ads via custom Python scripts) and mapping it directly against booking data for live ROI tracking.
  • MoMo Channel Automation: Engineered a Channel Manager pipeline to automate MoMo portal operations, programmatically managing seat blocks and trip availability against the Hải Vân ERP, eliminating manual data entry.
  • Zalo AI Ecosystem: Deployed a production-ready Zalo AI Chatbot built on RAG architecture. Implemented webhook-based lead tracking and smart Zalo OA tagging logic to ensure seamless, context-aware human-AI escalation.

The Impact

The MKT OS completely eradicated manual synchronization delays and unlocked real-time decision-making. These operational efficiencies and data-driven ad optimizations directly contributed to sustaining a 395 million VND/day revenue pace, hitting the 9.3 Billion VND KPI, and driving an 80% YoY revenue growth in Q4.
